Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally considered final.

Digital Products

Once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download, we are generally unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exceptions

We may provide a replacement or refund if:

• You received the wrong product.

• The downloaded file is corrupted or unusable.

• A technical issue on our side prevents access to your purchase and cannot be resolved.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, please contact us. We will review your request and, where appropriate, issue a refund for the duplicate order.
